We invite Restaurant Consulting 101 members to enjoy the features of our site. However, we do require each member to follow certain rules in order to ensure that the rights of all are respected and a positive, productive atmosphere is maintained at all times.

Terms of Use

1. Failure of you to abide by the rules and terms set forth on our site may result in immediate and possibly permanent termination of access to Restaurant Consulting 101, without refund or recourse

a. Termination and Discontinuation of Services: RC101 reserves the right to suspend, discontinue or terminate providing the Service generally, at any time in its sole discretion. If your Service is terminated for any reason, including without limitation violation of this Agreement, or because of any improper use of the Service (such as, but not limited to, your attempts to hack, disrupt, or misuse the Service or your acts or omissions that violate any acceptable use policy of RC101 or of a third party provider to which RC101 is subject), Customer will be responsible for the full month's charges to the end of the current term, including without limitation unbilled charges, plus the disconnect fee set forth in Section 4.5, all of which immediately become due and payable.

b. Disconnection Fee: Customers not subscribed to a monthly plan will be charged a disconnect fee of $24.99 if the account is terminated due to misuse or violation of agreements within the terms of service agreement.

c. Reconnection Fee: Customer will be charged a reconnect fee of the enrollment fee per member subscription for reactivation due to billing discrepancies that result in temporary account suspension.

2. You agree to not share your logon passwords and user names. Our system is designed to detect this immediately, and suspend any account where more than one person signs on using the same username and password.

3. You agree to not reprint, republish, repost, or otherwise distribute or re-transmit content or images presented on our site in any way. You agree that you will refrain from conducting or attempting to conduct any type of advertising, trading of goods or services, or other commercial use is, except in classified ad forums. You will also refrain from conducting or attempting to conduct any bulk e-mail, junk mail or spam, chain letters, or repeat postings of the same message on the forums.

4. You agree to use your own name when posting to the discussion forums and that you will not impersonate anyone else.

5. You agree to treat other members with courtesy and respect at all times. Threats, vulgar language, disparaging comments, defamatory allegations, harassment or abusive or insulting language will NOT be tolerated.

6. You agree to refrain from shouting (using all capital letters) in the discussion forums.

7. You agree that Restaurant Consulting 101 shall have and maintain the right to display and distribute any content which you post, and may use it for advertising and promotion. You also grant to Restaurant Consulting 101, a perpetual right to undertake the following (but not limited to the following) non-exclusive right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, translate, distribute the content in whole or in part, throughout the world on a royalty-free basis.

Restaurant Consulting 101 has the right to edit or remove objectionable postings. The person posting a message is solely responsible for it, not Resataurantconsulting101.com.
